Red & Gray Jean Quilt

This quilt was my first commissioned quilt. It’s a twin-sized quilt made from jeans, corduroy with a cotton backing & binding.

I tied every other square and I quilted each of the corduroy squares in red or gray.

The buyer wanted a durable quilt for her husband who is a big fan of the University of Alabama football. She purchased and sent me the licensed fabric for the back of the quilt and I put together the front with the red and gray corduroy squares added to the jeans to brighten it up. The red and gray are randomly placed throughout.

It’s a Christmas present, so it will probably go in hiding for a bit. It’s a nice heavy quilt.

I hope they enjoy it!

This is what I am looking for to use in place of a guest book for my wedding! Would you be willing to make one to sell and how much?
