W.I.P Wednesday

Here is an update on my quilts projects.

New
Half-Square Triangle Diamond Quilt: I began this one a few weeks ago. It’s in a diamond pattern using Half-Square Triangles that have one half white and the other half green or blue. I need to make 12 large blocks, out of 432 HST units. I’ve made most of the HST units and pieced together 1 large block.

In Progress
Batik Sampler
I made some significant progress on the hand-quilting of this one. I now have 8 of the 20 blocks quilted, along with the surrounding sashing.
Here are the three new blocks:

Depression Block

Star with inset cross (my own design)

Double Spinwheel

And here’s a view of the progress so far as I ironed away the marking pen on the finished sections.

No Progress
Granny Squares
Eleven Year Quilt
