It’s been a few weeks since I posted photos of my harvests. I haven’t done well at photographing everything. We’ve enjoyed Chinese cabbage leaves, green garlic, garlic chives, bok choy, kale,lettuce, spinach, cilantro, rhubarb, and the first strawberries that didn’t make it out of the garden.

I even did some preserving, blanching and freezing some of the kale.

It’s a peony. That dark pink one never quite turns out the right color in photos.
It looks delicious.
