I haven’t written a harvest post since the beginning of April, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been harvesting.
We have had 22 oz of lettuce and greens from the cold frame. I also picked 5 oz of wild ramps today. These greens include mache, claytonia (both of which are now going to seeds) winter lettuce mixes, red kale, & sorrel.
The chickens continue to produce and the eggs are more and more orange with the increased weeds and greens they are getting. We got 88 eggs in the month of April.

Oh this is funny! I just picked up my hens in mid March, Two were laying and two younger, just coming into lay. My 4 hens also laid exactly 88 eggs in April!
